Things to think about a you prep for your race
1. Stay Hydrated
2. Take your supplements
3. Think about your breathing
4. Think about your form, it easily breaks down as you fatigue
5. Have fun and try not to be too nervous
My Weekend Plan:
-Saturday
- 1/2 scoop protein, rice milk and 3/4 banana
- TC10K
- Snacks in the whole foods post race tent
- Addison swim lessons
- Apple orchard in Jordan (apples and ect.....)
- BBQ Chicken pizza with cauliflower crust
-Sunday
- Sleep in, hopefully
- Pumpkin oatmeal
- Football Sunday, go Broncos!
- Buffalo chicken, celery and popcorn
- Steak and asparagus
