Certifications: B.S. Degree in Athletic Training and Fitness/Wellness from Upper Iowa University, ATC, NASM-CPT, NASM-PES, AIS, MAT Jumpstart, New Leaf Certified Metabolic Technician, BikeFit. Personal Experiences: Playing Collegiate Tennis and Basketball, multiple dulathons, triathlon, 5k and 10k experiences. Work Experiences: I have worked as a Personal Trainer or Athletic Trainer for 8 years and in the past I have worked as a Personal Training Manager, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Group Training Coordinator. I also have taught boot camp, weight loss and fitness classes. Other work experiences include UCA/UDA, NSIC Collegiate Div. II Athletics, Sports International football camps and Life Time Fitness. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, my youngest at 8 and oldest at 88. Pre/Post natal is also another population I have been working with since having my daughter in 2011. I have worked with many high school/collegiate athletes as well as people that need to lose 100+ lbs. Currently I am working as an Co-Owner of The FITSPACE and I am also an instructor for Life Time Academy.
