Saturday:
-protein, water, apple
-peanut butter, celery
-swim with Addison
-steak salads for lunch
-Hope to make it out to an apple orchard or pumpkin patch, we will see if weather cooperates
-date night dinner, I will get some sort of meat and steamed veggies
Sunday:
-eggs, turkey
-1/2 scoop protein, rice milk
-FREE WORKOUT AT 12pm!
-cauliflower pizza
-other 1/2 scoop protein and milk
-FOOTBALL SUNDAY, popcorn and BBQ Chicken
