Day 20....

Day 20 turned out great, I was able to get a great workout in, take some final measurements and get lots done around the house.

Day 21 plan:
Eggs, rice cakes
workout
Grilled chicken and baked beans
celery and peanut butter
Steak and asparagus for dinner
evening walk

Of the final measurements I have taken there have been nothing but great results and people feeling great.  Keep up the great work everyone, only a couple days left!
