Tips for post 24 day challenge

Eat well 80% of the time
Try to do something active 4-5 times per week
Drink 80-100oz of H20 per day
Allow yourself 1 cheat meal per week
Still plan ahead and prep your food for the week
Try to completely avoid the foods that make you bloated/sick
Try to limit caffeine
Aim for 9-11 servings of fruits and veggies per day
Don't give in to every temptation, ask yourself is it worth it
Take at bare minimum a fish oil supplement, there are so many great things omega 3's do for us!
