Our next challenge is starting soon, are you ready?!
With our last challenge we lost over 260lbs and I know many of you are still keeping up with good habits you created.
It will run 7/9-7/26, (only 18 days this time) first measurements can start 7/7 and final measurements will end 7/28.
Recommendations:
Do Not Consume
Gluten
Dairy
Alcohol
Wheat
Pop
High Fructose Corn Syrup
Refined Sugar
Deep Fried items
Workout 4-5 times per week
Drink at least 80oz of H2O per day
Take a fish oil and multi vitamin daily
You can eat:
Protein (meat, fish, nuts, beans, eggs, powders)
Fruits
Vegetables (you can eat potatoes, just try to limit to 1-2 per day)
Brown Rice, Quinoa
Most condiments/dressings (just read labels)
You will have support during the challenge, workout ideas, grocery lists and of course there will be prizes! Winners will be based on body fat lost.
