Make sure you are eating Protein with each meal, here are some examples.....
Meat to have daily if you want:
Chicken
Turkey
Pork
Veal
Meat to make sure you buy nitrate free:
Hot Dogs, brats, sausage
Lunch meat
Ham
Bacon
Meat to have but not every day:
Beef - all kinds
Salami
Pastrami
Ham
Bacon
Fish - tuna, salmon, tilapia, cod, shrimp and others
Vegetables:
all beans, try to soak your own or find low sodium
Nuts:
Peanuts
Almonds
Walnuts
Pistachios
Cashews
others....
Dairy:
Eggs
Protein Powders:
Whey Isolate
Soy Isolate
Yellow Pea
