Food Ideas

If you are sick of the same old things over and over again here are some different resources I use to get ideas!

Also remember just because something is gluten or dairy free doesn't mean it always healthy, still focus on protein, fruits and vegetables!

Sorry, the Broncos kept me busy last night and away from the computer.  They did win so life is great!

Monday Plan:
-Protein powder, water
-apple, turkey wrap
-Lunch will be either Chipotle or another restaurant, I will most likely get a salad or just meat/veggies
-half bowl of chili
-bbq chicken wings and asparagus on the grill for Monday Night Football

I also plan to get a workout in during the game at home, wish me luck!
