Is it already a new week?

Wow, weekends fly by!  I had such a great weekend and was able to enjoy every minute of it.  I am looking forward to a new week filled with great workouts, awesome nutrition choices and lovely clients.

Monday Plan:
-Protein/water
-apple, celery, peanut butter
-grilled chicken, baked beans and mixed veggies of broccoli/cauliflower/carrots
-ground turkey and tomatoes
-salmon and asparagus for dinner

I am not sure about a workout but I am hoping before dinner I can find some time to get active!
