Who is ready?!

Who is ready for our next Challenge!  I am so excited to begin in the morning, and I am nicely prepped for the week!

Day 1 plan
Eggs, turkey
apple and peanut butter
homemade turkey chili (kidney beans, tomatoes, turkey, pinto beans, spices)
workout- 45minute run/jog/walk around Lamplighter Pond
chocolate protein/water
Salad for dinner with-spring mix, celery, carrots, chicken
LOTS OF WATER!

In between all our activities this weekend we went through the fridge and ate/fed to the dogs the items we didn't want in our fridge, went to the grocery store and made turkey chili, ground turkey and bbq chicken to have as easy snacks for the week.  I also stocked up on my favorite supplements!
